Mr. Icahn,
Successful Corporate/Business strategies in the near future must implement reverse organizational charts. Which will promote "Servitude Leadership."
(CEOs should be the Ultimate Employee of the Company not the Ultimate Boss.)
Promote grass root Employee Empowerment and Ownership. Our existing management structure promote managing people/personnel as liabilities vs assets, just image the corporate capabilities/accomplishments if we manage thru people empowerment. Reverse Organizational chart business philosophy would also manifest mindsets of respect for investors, shareholders and appropriate Board appointments. The cultural business mindset must change and educational institutions provide the nurturing of future leaders.
God Bless America!
